Refund policy

At Countin' Faces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item(s) you are returning in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return.

  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team, using a trackable shipping method.

Please note:

  • All returns must be received in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

  • Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

  • Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
